Construction has commenced on this ambitious project which will deliver a range of housing typologies, including single residential FLISP units, multi-storey RDP’s, and Social Housing units, all designed to cater to diverse socio-economic demographics. On completion the project will deliver an estimated 9 129 residential housing units.
The development will include essential amenities such as primary and secondary schools, a hospital, filling stations, retail outlets, churches, parks, sports fields, and other institutional land uses. This will ensure a holistic and sustainable community environment, in line with Government’s Breaking New Ground policy.
