Francois founded Devcon Development and Construction and later joined the Safrich Group of Companies in 1987 as a Director. Francois is an Executive Director of Safdev SSDC and the Valumax Group.

Teddy is a founder of Mayborn Investments and is extensively involved in property investment consulting services. Presently, Teddy is an Executive Director of the Valumax Group.

Ferdinand joined the Safrich and the Valumax Group of Companies in 2008 and is presently an Executive Director at Valumax Residential.

Rocco joined the Safrich Group of Companies in 2009 and is now an Executive Director with the Valumax Group.

Carmen was employed as a Human Resource Generalist before joining the company. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of Valumax Projects.

Phillip was a founding member of Safrich Financial Services and is presently an Executive Director of Safdev SSDC and the Valumax Group.

Koos has managed large low-cost affordable housing projects since 1988 and is currently the Executive Director of Safdev SSDC and the Valumax Group.
